Since 2005, Dr. Palceski has been helping Central Floridians love the skin they’re in. His office, Reflections Dermatology & Center For Skin Care, is truly a one-stop-shop for skin care for the entire family. Whether treating a teen with acne, surgically removing skin cancer, or erasing a wrinkle, they’ve got the perfect prescription for keeping your skin looking and feeling healthy for a lifetime. At Reflections Dermatology we strive to provide the best care in dermatology in all of Orlando. With two convenient locations in upscale Winter Park and Baldwin Park, we are able to provide dermatology care to patients throughout all of greater Orlando including Maitland, Longwood, Lake Mary, Deland, Oviedo, Waterford Lakes, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Dr. Phillips, Celebration, Claremont, and Windermere. Meet Dr. Palceski

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Palceski prides himself on helping Central Floridians put their best face forward. As Board Certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon, he’s got the perfect prescription for keeping your skin looking and feeling healthy for a lifetime. Dr. Palceski is the founder and medical director of Reflections Dermatology & Center For Skin Care and has been in practice since 2006. He attended medical school at Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois and went on to complete his dermatology residency at Northeastern Ohio University. He received additional dermatologic surgery training at the University of California in San Diego.

Not only is Dr. Palceski a skilled physician, he is also actively involved in medical training and research. He is a frequent presenter at medical seminars both locally and nationally and is a trainer and medical advisor for numerous pharmaceutical companies including Galderma, Allergan, Innocutis, and Bayer. Dr. Palceski enjoys all aspects of dermatology - medical, surgical, and cosmetic. His discerning eye for aesthetics combined with his ability to deliver consistent and natural looking results have made him one of Orlando’s most sought after cosmetic dermatologists. Dr. Palceski is the area's top injector and only national trainer for Sculptra Aesthetic and is one of the top injectors of Botox Cosmetic in all of the Southeast. Dr. Palceski has been voted “best dermatologist” in numerous independent polls due to his unparalleled skill set and great bedside manner.

Lauren Muench PA-C

Physician Assistant

Lauren is an Orlando native and graduate of Edgewater High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Florida. Shortly after graduating, she joined the Reflections Dermatology team as a Medical Assistant. It was during this time working alongside Dr. Palceski that she discovered her passion for Dermatology and skin care. To expand her skillset, Lauren enrolled in graduate school at the University of Florida where she graduated with honors and gained a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Upon graduation in July 2016, she returned to Reflections Dermatology as a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She specializes in the treatment of various skin disorders, including skin cancer prevention and treatment. In Lauren’s spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Gators, exploring new fitness trends, traveling, and adventuring around Orlando’s foodie scene.
