As we age, the youthfulness of our skin begins to diminish as lines and wrinkles start to appear. This is largely due to the loss of collagen, a protein that is responsible for adding structure, strength, and volume to your skin. Sculptra Aesthetic is a revolutionary facial injectable that gradually helps to replace the collagen that is lost over time. Unlike traditional injectables, Sculptra works deep within the dermis, where your skin’s structure is reinforced. Over a series of 3-4 treatments, the collagen structure is reinforced gradually and subtly restoring the look of fuller and more youthful skin. The best part is, results can last for up to two years.
From March 1 – 31st, Dr. Palceski will be offering a “Buy 2 vials get a 3rd 50% off” introductory “Sculptra” special to all patients who receive this treatment. For more information, please visit www.sculptraaesthetic.com

As many of you may or may not know, skin cancer is the #1 form of cancer in the United States. The good news is, it is beatable and treatable if detected early. Over the next few months I am going to be working hard to raise community awareness on this subject and to promote healthy habits to protect your skin from the damaging rays for the Florida sun. As part of my campaign, I will be volunteering my time and expertise at a variety of upcoming community events all aimed at the early detection and prevention of skin cancer. For more information see below :
- I will be providing FREE skin cancer screenings for the American Skin Cancer Foundation and Aveeno’s Road to Health Skin Tour on April 10th from 10a-1p at Ron Jon’s Surf Shop located at 5166 International Drive in Orlando. Last year the “Road to Healthy Skin Tour” covered 17,650 miles and made 81 stops across the U.S.. The tour was a huge success. In fact, over 3000 people were screened on the tour with 3200 suspected skin cancers and 39 melanomas being identified.
- In support of “National Skin Cancer Awareness Month”, I will be conducting FREE Skin Cancer Screenings at my office Reflections Dermatology & Center for Skin Care located at 875 Outer Road in Baldwin Park on Saturday, May 8th from 9a-12p. The screenings are part of a national campaign sponsored by the American Academy of Dermatology(AAD) and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS). In fact 2010 marks the 25th year of this annual event with Monday, May 3rd being dubbed as “Melanoma Monday”. On this day and throughout the month of May, I want to encourage all of you to get a skin exam and start a new habit that just might save your life.
